Following the conclusion of the review, a DHPC was prepared regarding the suspension of the marketing authorization for medicinal products containing hydroxyprogesterone caproate.
The benefit/risk balance of medicinal products containing 17-OHPC is no longer considered favorable in all authorized indications. The marketing authorizations for these medicines will be suspended and they will no longer be available.
