The section is available in compliance with Art. 37, paragraph 1 and 2 of Legislative Decree 33/2013 as amended by Legislative Decree 97/2016 and pursuant to National Anti-Corruption Authority (ANAC) Resolution 1310/2016, to Art. 21, paragraph 7, and to Art. 29, paragraph 1, of Legislative Decree 50/2016, to Art. 4 of ANAC Resolution no. 39/2016, to Art. 1, paragraph 32, subparagraphs a) n) of Law 190/2012.

In the tabular format (XML) the Contractor field refers to the contractor or successful tenderer.
