Farmaci-Line, new system for sending queries starting Tuesday 1st October
Starting from Tuesday 1 October 2024, the email dedicated to the Farmaci-Line service, farmaciline@aifa.gov.it, will no longer be active. All queries addressed to the Farmaci-Line service will have to be sent using AIFA's new ticket management system.
The preparation and sending of queries will henceforth be carried out using a guided form for citizens.
Users already registered to AIFA's Online Services, once logged in, will find in the top bar of the dashboard the links “helpdesk” and “Farmaci-line” that will allow them to access their ticket dashboard, through which they will be able to open new queries and/or consult those already open.
Users who are not registered to AIFA's Online Services can access the new dashboard via their own social account by selecting ‘access as citizen’.
Further information:
- for those who have used their own social account to open a ticket, if the email address used when registering to the social platform is the same as the one in the AIFA Online Services portal profile, all tickets will be displayed regardless of the type of access. Otherwise, only the tickets opened with the social account used to open the ticket(s) will be managed;
- as for each notification relating to open tickets, for those who have registered for AIFA's Online Services, an email will be sent to the address used to register for them. Instead, for those who have used their own social profile, the notification will be sent to the email address associated with it. All notifications will also be available directly in the Rexpondo system.
