Currently available are the data published in the Reports: 2023 (2023-2022 data updated on 23 April 2024),  2022 (2022-2021 data updated on 29 May 2023), 2021 (2021-2020 data updated on 14 April 2022), 2020 (2020-2019 data updated on 28 July 2021), 2019 (2019-2018 data updated on 16 April 2020) and 2018 (2018-2017 data updated on 25 April 2019). The data presented do not take into account any revisions by pharmaceutical companies and regions after the date indicated.

• Under approved care regime: expenditure and consumption. Per capita expenditure and consumption data (DDD per 1000 inhabitants per day) of pharmaceuticals under approved care regime, at regional and national level.
• Purchases by public health facilities: expenditure and consumption. Per capita expenditure and consumption data (DDD per 1000 inhabitants per day) for purchases made by healthcare facilities managed directly by the National Health Service (NHS), at regional and national level.
• Per capita gross expenditure and consumption by ATC. Data on expenditure for medicines charged to the NHS, at ATC level. It is possible to select only one region from the map of Italy, and one ATC level from the pie chart, in order to display, in the available graphs, the data related to the selection made.
• Expenditure and consumption by ATC - Analytical. Data on expenditure for medicines charged to the NHS, at ATC level. In this more analytical consultation than the previous one, it is possible to select one or more regions and one or more level I ATCs, in order to display, in the available graphs, the data related to the selection made. In addition, there are tables in a more suitable format for exporting data.
• Expenditure and consumption by therapeutic category. Data on expenditure for medicines charged to the NHS, at the level of groups and subgroups. It is possible to select only a region from the map of Italy, and a group from the pie chart, in order to display the data for the selection made in the available graphs.
• Expenditure and consumption by therapeutic category - Analytical. Data on expenditure for medicines charged to the NHS, at the level of groups and subgroups.
